The Lighthouse Point Code Enforcement Board will hold its regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at 7:30 PM in City Hall, Fletcher Hall, 2200 NE 38th Street, Lighthouse Point, Florida.  The Board will consider the following applications:

                        No permit for installation of rear window.

 

10-0536            Bryan & Colleen Happ, 4400 NE 27th Terrace

                        City Code:         86-2 - Removal of tree constituting a public nuisance

                        Dead tree in SE corner of property.  Rear hedge overgrown and encroaching on neighbor's property.
